1: Netsearch Singapore Classifieds (Netsearch) assumes no responsibility for the Content of the advertisements and disclaims all liability in respect of your use of this website. Whilst the advertisers endeavor to ensure accuracy and reliability of sale content, these should not be construed as statements of fact and they do not constitute any part of an offer or contract.

2: Netsearch strongly recommends that all information provided about any sale item should be verified by yourself and/or your advisers. Users may use Netsearch for lawful purposes only. Netsearch reserves the right to remove or refuse any ads or posts without explanation. User may not submit, offer links from, or transmit through Netsearch any material, or otherwise engage in any conduct that:

a. Violates or infringes the rights of others including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights;
b: Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, or contains explicit or graphic descriptions sexual acts;
c: Victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability; impersonates any person, business or entity, including our employees and agents
d: Contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer system;
e: Encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or that gives rise to civil liability;
f: Use Netsearch in a way that could damage or impair our servers or networks.
g. Duplicated ads,
h. Get rich quickly, read email making money, earn extra income while surfing, homebase typist, MLM scheme,
i. Discriminate content like property ad with "no indian" or "Indian only"
j. Duty Free alcohol
k. is against the public interest, public order or national harmony; or offends against good taste or decency.
l. is used for, or in furtherance of, games and lotteries, the conduct of which is an offence under the Common Gaming Houses Act (Cap. 49)
m. is used for the solicitation of prostitution or for any other immoral activity;
n. is contrary to the Internet Code of Pratice;
o. Engaging other user to posting ad is not allowed. The classifed system is for advertisers to post ad for themself.


All these ads and posts will be deleted or disabled or inserted warning message, and offender's account will be suspended, we may also refer the case to the governmental authority for its decision.

3: Netsearch.sg serves for Singapore local market only. Netsearch will insert warning message in the ads from oversea IP or unknown source.

4: We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our website. In accepting the services provided by Netsearch, you agree to allow your information to be kept in a database, with the sole purpose of helping us identify services and goods that may be of interest to you, and to source or provide these services and goods to you as and when they are made available to us. You allow us to contact you by various means, including email and SMS.

5: Netsearch reserves the rights to insert any advertising or editorial message to any ads post in our website.

6: Netsearch reserves the rights to change any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
